- Five branded collateral pieces of your choice, such as business cards, letterhead, social media covers, social media posts, merchandise, and more.
Brand Guide
- A brand book including typography, color palette, logo usage guidelines, and your finalized collateral designs.
Final Deliverables
- All final assets provided in editable and print-ready formats: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG (as applicable).
PROCESS
1. Discovery & Brand Insight
Before starting the design process, I take time to understand your brand’s purpose, values, audience, and goals. You can share a brief, references, or even a rough idea. If needed, I’ll provide a questionnaire to help define your brand identity.
2. Logo Concept Development
Once the project scope is clear, I create the initial logo concepts. This stage typically takes up to 14 working days.
3. Feedback and Review
After you choose your preferred concept, you can share your feedback. What you like and dislike, or any specific changes. Each revision round usually takes 1 business day. You have up to 3 working days to request flexible number of refinements on the selected concept.
4. Brand Collateral Development
After the logo is finalized, I begin designing the selected collateral pieces. This phase is completed over the following week, and the approved designs are added to the Brand Guide.
5. Final Delivery
All final files are delivered within 4 business days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Revisions apply only to the selected concept within the 3-day revision period. Requests for additional new concepts may incur extra fees.
Ownership of unused logo concepts remains with the designer.
By commissioning this service, you grant permission for the project (including final and unused concepts) to be showcased in the designer’s portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the project is cancelled for reasons outside the designer’s responsibility, no refunds will be issued and all work remains the designer’s property.
Final files AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG are delivered within 4 business days after approval and full payment. Additional formats are available upon request.
