Our Monthly Retainer gives you dedicated access to our team for continuous UI/UX work. Think of us as your on-demand design partner, available every workday, moving your product forward without the overhead of a full-time hire.
How it works:Each billing cycle gives you 20 workdays of dedicated design time, with 6 hours of active work per day. You submit tasks through our shared project management tool, set priorities, and we work through them in order, delivering daily updates so you always know what's in progress. Payment is collected upfront at the start of each billing cycle. Around day 15 we'll check in to let you know where you are in the cycle and confirm if you'd like to continue into the next one.
Here’s what you’ll get:
20 workdays of design capacity (6 hours/day)
Unlimited task queue, components, pages, flows, revisions, whatever moves your product forward
Daily updates via text or Loom video walkthroughs
Figma-based assets, design files, and dev-ready exports
Up to 5 unused workdays roll over to the next billing cycle
Option to pause with 7 days notice (after minimum 2 months)
