Overview:We’re looking for a charismatic and authentic UGC Creator to produce engaging short-form videos that highlight our brand, properties, and travel experiences. The ideal creator loves storytelling and brings personality and creativity to every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record 5–10 short-form videos per month (Reels/TikToks) based on provided scripts and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Capture authentic moments that showcase properties, founder messages, travel tips, and hidden stay experiences.

  • Deliver both raw and edited formats when possible.

Deliverables:

  • High-quality vertical short-form videos (9:16 format).

  • Content with an authentic, personality-driven tone.

  • Consistent alignment with brand messaging and aesthetics.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience creating lifestyle or travel-related UGC content.

3. Ads Manager (Performance Marketing Specialist)

Overview:We’re hiring a data-driven Ads Manager to oversee Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns and ensure optimal performance across all funnel stages. This role involves strategy, execution, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

  • Build and optimize three key ad funnels:

    • TOFU (Top of Funnel): Awareness — travel inspiration & hidden stay reels.

    • MOFU (Middle of Funnel): Consideration — property highlights with pricing.

    • BOFU (Bottom of Funnel): Conversion — retargeting website visitors & video viewers.

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
