💵 Refund Policy:
- 1st Milestone (50% upfront payment)
Payment to initiate the project and book the slot. An initial payment of 50% is required to begin the project. If the client does not approve the initial concept at first glance, a full refund will be provided. However, once the concept is approved and the project moves forward, this payment becomes non-refundable.
- 2nd Milestone (50% payment)
A second payment of 50% is due after all design deliverables have been completed, reviewed and handed over to the client with the final invoice
