This service is designed to quickly create a polished, high-fidelity design of your web application’s core dashboard. We focus on visualizing the essential user experience and key functionalities, providing a strong visual concept you can showcase to stakeholders and investors. It’s the perfect first step before you invest in a full-scale MVP or development.
What's Included
Core Dashboard & Key Screens We'll design 3–5 screens that clearly illustrate the core features, user flow, and layout of your application. This includes the main dashboard and a few key supporting screens, depending on complexity.
UX & Visual Strategy You’ll get a cohesive user experience and visual theme that aligns with your brand identity. We prioritize clean, intuitive layouts that are both functional and visually impressive.
Interactive Prototype & Source Files We deliver a clickable prototype in Figma, allowing you and your stakeholders to experience the flow of the application firsthand. You will also receive the complete Figma source file, making it easy to share with your developers or internal team.
Fixed-Scope Revisions This service includes minor revisions for copy or layout adjustments. To ensure a fast turnaround and competitive rate, major pivots or extensive changes may require a separate agreement.
Our Process & Communication
We follow a lean, efficient process to deliver maximum value in a short timeframe.
Phase 1: Discovery (Day 1) We begin with a discovery call to understand your vision, target users, and key goals. We’ll define the core features that need to be highlighted in the design.
Phase 2: Design & Iteration (Days 2–5) We build the visual concepts and initial mockups. After presenting the first draft, we incorporate your feedback to refine the screens and user flow.
Phase 3: Finalization & Delivery (Days 6–7) We finalize all design elements, ensuring a cohesive and polished final product. We then deliver the complete package, including the Figma files and any necessary documentation.

Note: This service covers design only—coding and development are not included. Our quick timeline and streamlined process allow us to offer a competitive rate, so larger changes would require a new scope and agreement.
