Ariel Investments contacted Steven Noble to create their new holiday card illustration that includes their classic tortoise vs hare race but this time depicting a winter scene. Their motto “Slow and Steady Wins the Race” has become part of their investment messaging. Ariel Investments is a global asset management firm firm founded back in 1983. The artwork was rendered in a scratchboard engraving style. Preliminary sketches were submitted before final rendering was created.
