Rodrigo is a Design Leader with over 15 years of experience in the design industry, specializing in Interaction Design and User Research. In his latest role, he served as a Senior Director of Design at Toptal, a global talent network that connects exceptional professionals with leading companies worldwide. At Toptal, he was responsible for ensuring quality and excellence in every match, as well as coaching and supporting the top 3% of talent in the world.

Rodrigo has a passion for making a real impact on users through the development of ideas, prototyping, and design mindset. He has worked across several industries, such as advertising, software development, branding consultancy, service design consultancy, fintechs, credit bureaus, artificial intelligence, and healthcare services, and has made his mark on companies like Unisys, Experian, Conta Azul, and Toptal. Rodrigo is also the CEO of Noord Design, his own design consultancy, where they help clients create innovative and user-centered solutions.
