A boutique firm nestled in a reimagined industrial bakery building in South Mississippi, RARE is a testament to the power of distinct design. RARE was founded in 1999 by former Nike team sports and basketball designer Rodney Richardson-a gritty, original, and insightful brand builder whose passion for story continues to inspire our team, our clients, and the communities we serve.
