Biography
I am a miniature painter and illustrator who has created artworks displayed in exhibitions home and abroad, and illustrated numerous books and magazines and their covers for a decade now.
I take my inspiration mainly from Ottoman miniature painting, in which I have been formally trained, and also use its techniques. I also create digital miniature paintings and illustrations.
Having earned BA and MA in language and literature, I have the necessary skills to read into and interpret texts, which, I believe, is essential for an illustrator.
During my career, I have also learned and gained experience in graphic design and its tools, and have been using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for a long time now. Depending on the nature of the work, I sometimes use these skills to make graphic design for my illustrations, and sometimes create independent graphic design works. This is also true for my After Effects skills. I have been creating 2D animations using my illustrations and other visual material
