I'm a Creative Leader with 16 years of agency experience, including 7 years as a co-founding Director. Bringing a strong entrepreneurial spirit to every project, I excel in strategy, consultancy, UX/UI design, and digital branding. I lead creative direction, manage a team, and contribute hands-on to projects, while overseeing internal delivery and driving pitches. A key part of my role, reporting directly to the COO, is simplifying complex ideas for compelling client presentations and workshops.

I champion a mobile-first, agile approach, and with extensive experience in web and product design, I build and implement design systems in close collaboration with engineering teams.
