Michael Hanson

With courses completed towards an AAS degree in design at the famed VC program at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, OR (currently enrolled), I have a strong foundation in graphic design. One of my main instructors, Brett Malley, literally "wrote the book" on compositing in Photoshop, and the program was developed by a team which included design guru Von Glitschka. I am a professional photographer, designer, and art visionary who has also studied information technology (focusing on cybersecurity) and rhetoric. I am transitioning from a distinguished career in the food service industry, which explains why I don’t have many design examples to share at the moment. I have completed multiple courses on LinkedIn Learning, including: brand design; creative process for designers; advanced color theory; graphic design; Adobe CC apps; and more.
