Hi, I'm Ksenia, a UX/UI designer with more than 2 years of experience in designing websites and mobile apps 🚀
Now I work in a B2B SaaS fintech service, where I implement projects that not only increase the conversion rate, but also make the user experience as comfortable as possible.
In my work I always rely on the results of UX research and usability testing. This helps me to understand how users interact with the product, find its weaknesses and offer quality solutions. One of my favourite methods is Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), which helps me to better understand what users are trying to solve and to design interfaces that really work.
I also pay special attention to user flow - so that users can move around the site or application easily and clearly, without unnecessary steps and errors.
