Web Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our friendly 12-person creative agency. We’re based in Brisbane, with team members across the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days in our Brisbane office. This role would suit a mid-level designer ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll take projects from early concepts and UX thinking through to polished, developer-ready Figma files, working closely with clients, our creative team and developers along the way.

You’ll need to be expert-level in Figma, with a strong understanding of contemporary web design, UX and UI principles. You don’t need to code, but you do need an exceptional eye for design and a solid understanding of how websites work.

You should be comfortable using emerging AI tools, but great design still starts with great thinking. We’re looking for a designer who uses AI as a tool, not someone whose design process relies on it.

Extra points if you can flex across branding, digital advertising and graphic design.

You must be based in South East Queensland to attend meetings.

Full-time preferred, but we’re open to part-time too.
