About the Role

Zarzaur Law, P.A. is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Content Design Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on producing high-quality visual and digital content that enhances our brand and engages our audience.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to create graphics, videos, and social media content that keeps our brand modern, consistent, and impactful.

Responsibilities

Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, and campaigns

• Create and edit video content (reels, short-form, ads, testimonials)

• Develop engaging, on-brand content aligned with current trends

• Assist with content planning and execution

Graphic Design

• Produce materials for digital, print, and promotional use

• Create signage, event materials, and branded collateral

• Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines

Social Media Support

• Assist with posting, scheduling, and organizing content

• Track performance and identify high-performing content

• Contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach

Events & Community Support (Light)

• Assist with branded materials for events

• Provide occasional support for event setup and execution

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or marketing

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus) and/or Canva

• Experience creating video content for social media

• Strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Basic photography or videography skills

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools

• Exposure to digital advertising or paid social
