Founding Designer
At Epiminds, we're building a self-learning marketing team of 20+ autonomous agents led by Lucy, a super-agent who collaborates with human marketers like a real teammate. Today, 17 agencies and 270 brands use our product to save 60% of their time. We just raised $6m from Lightspeed (investors in Anthropic, xAI, Mistral) to meet high demand.
Your role as Founding Designer will define the visual language of Epiminds and shape how humans interact with multi-agent systems.
Role Mission π―
Take deeply technical, multi-agent workflows and make them simple, intuitive, and beautiful. You'll own the entire product experience: how data is presented, how workflows flow, how agents communicate with users, and how the platform feels as it scales.
Core Responsibilities
Product & Dashboard Design - Lead UX/UI for dashboards, workflows, reporting, and agent interactions. Build and maintain a scalable design system.
User Journeys & Onboarding - Design frictionless onboarding flows for agencies and internal teams. Convert complex setups into guided experiences.
Visualising Multi-Agent Collaboration - Create visual paradigms that make agent reasoning, actions, and workflows intuitive and transparent.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional design taste, clean, simple, high-end execution
Strong UX and systems thinking reduce complexity without oversimplifying
Experience designing dashboards, workflow tools, or complex systems
High ownership and autonomy and comfortable being the first designer
Portfolio with real product work: dashboards, workflows, clear UX reasoning with polished UI
