The Opportunity:

This is a role for a doer. You’ll turn concepts into production-ready designs at speed, reporting to Head of Product and working closely with our CEO, the tech team, and business stakeholders. You’ll own the design execution, from wireframes to high-quality UI, leveraging modern AI tools and delivering work that’s both fast and elegant.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in our central London office. We work together in the office five days a week to maximise speed, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Rapidly translate ideas into clickable prototypes and polished UI using AI design tools and Figma.

• Apply structured thinking to ensure design decisions are logical, user-friendly, and consistent with our product goals.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, and internal stakeholders.

• Maintain and evolve our design system to keep speed and quality high.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoffs and implementation.

• Balance speed with clarity - delivering designs that work well without sacrificing usability.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years experience designing for B2B SaaS or other complex digital products.

• A portfolio showcasing polished, modern, and engaging UI

• The ability to iterate quickly.

• Strong familiarity with AI-driven design and prototyping tools.

• A bias for action - you get things done and thrive under tight timelines.

• A good grasp of UX principles to avoid costly rework.

• Ability to turn product requests into tangible output without heavy supervision.

• Upbeat energy, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for dashboards and data-heavy platforms.

• Comfort working in fast-paced startups with evolving processes.
