About the Role

We're looking for a Visual Web Designer to help modernize our existing website, while maintaining our brand consistency. • Design interactive or motion-based product visuals that are lightweight, intuitive, and accessible

  • Evaluate and recommend layout improvements to boost hierarchy, scannability, and conversions

  • Create visuals that are CSM compatible with HubSpot, leveraging existing modular components

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with our design system and technical limitations

  • Deliver assets and documentation to support seamless implementation

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, product-first web design with a clean and modern aesthetic

  • Experience designing for HubSpot CMS or similar modular CMS platforms

  • Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance best practices

  • Proven ability to communicate complex tech products visually with clarity and polish

  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects or Lottie

It’d Be a Plus If You Also Had

  • Experience working with healthcare, security, or compliance-based industries

  • Understanding of conversion-focused design and content hierarchy principles

  • Familiarity with lightweight motion graphics or micro-interactions for web

Compensation and hours

  • Pay range $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio
