Our mission is to create unforgettable moments for young dancers, families, and dance enthusiasts by combining top-tier choreography with cutting-edge event design. We are looking for a talented Art Designer to join our creative team and bring our brand to life through compelling visuals. The ideal candidate is not only highly skilled in graphic and web design but also deeply connected to current trends and styles in the dance and live event industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design & Identity-Develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines that resonate with the dance industry’s vibrant, dynamic culture.-Create visually compelling brand assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, and more. Design Projects-Design promotional materials, including advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and merchandise.

-Develop and enhance the company website with a focus on user experience and modern web design principles.

-Produce event-specific branding elements, such as stage backdrops, banners, and program booklets. Web Development & Design (optional but preferred)

-Assist with front-end web development and maintenance (basic coding knowledge is a plus).

-Implement web design updates to ensure a seamless and engaging digital presence. Creative Ideation

-Collaborate with the team to conceptualize creative campaigns and visual strategies.

-Stay updated on trends in graphic design, dance culture, and live events to produce relevant and innovative designs.

Qualifications

-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.-Demonstrated experience in creating and managing brand identities.

-Knowledge of web design principles; web development experience is a strong plus.

-Highly creative with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

-Experience in designing for the dance or live event industry is preferred.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We’re Looking For
