Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Artist with a unique creative vision and a passion for customization. The ideal candidate will have a background in fine arts and extensive experience working with sneakers and other unconventional materials. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to design and execute bespoke designs while also exploring new product concepts that push creative boundaries.
This position is perfect for artists who love experimenting with materials, innovating in wearable art, and collaborating to deliver bold, original designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customization: Design and execute custom-painted projects that transform products into one-of-a-kind wearable art.
Material Innovation: Explore and experiment with diverse materials, including leather, fabric, metal, rubber and other surfaces, to create unique artistic concepts.
Concept Development: Collaborate with our team to brainstorm, design, and execute new artistic products, with an emphasis on originality and creativity.
Creative Leadership: Stay ahead of customization trends and champion innovative approaches to wearable art.
Collaboration: Work closely with us to ensure artistic visions are translated into high-quality, market-ready designs.
Qualifications:
Experience: Demonstrated expertise in sneaker customization and working with various materials. A background in fine arts is highly preferred.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing custom sneaker designs, material experimentation, and versatility across various artistic forms.
Adaptability: The ability to work with a variety of mediums and adapt your artistic skills to different project needs.
Trend Awareness: A deep understanding of pop culture, customization trends, and artistic innovation in wearable art.

Tech Savvy: Experience sharing your creative process on platforms like Instagram or YouTube. Personal videos of sneaker painting or other artistic projects are a strong plus.
