Biography
On a day-to-day I'm a back-end developer building techy stuff. I founded Helicon Technologies (helicon.ai): A team of ~50 highly specialized developers and data scientists that help energy and utility companies build reliable systems (primarily energy optimization and automation).
Almost all of the shots that I post are from working applications as I prefer to work with code over apps like Illustrator or Inkscape. My process often starts with just randomly adding the UI elements I need to a blank page, then I start moving them around until the layout makes sense, and finally I add the "design".
