President and Co-founder of Maggie's Mission, a pediatric cancer foundation, honoring my only daughter Maggie Schmidt. Maggie passed away from a rare and aggressive cancer on June 1, 207, just a few short weeks after her 17th birthday. I've taken my creativity and poured it into helping children and families affected by pediatric cancers like ours was.
