Biography
I am a Junior in Graphic Communications at UMGC, currently in the process of growing my skills and finding my niche within the field of design. My background is in illustration and fine art, focusing on the whimsical, sci-fi/fantasy themes that I dearly enjoy.
I have had many inspirations in life. My grandmother is a storyteller and children's entertainer who has shaped my creative vision with campfire songs and fairy tales since before I can remember. Video games like Portal, Outer Worlds, and many more have helped me expand this vision, as have podcasts like Welcome to Night Vale and The Magnus Archives. The Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss are also a guilty pleasure of mine, though I am unsure if the man will ever come out with The Doors of Stone. One can hope.
My mother is a person with a physical and a mental disability, and I have always been inspired by the courage that she shows every day, walking out with confidence into a world that has not always showed her kindness or acceptance. She is
