NewBrand refresh for Softlink IC, a B2B SaaS company, requires a minimalist, professional, modern visual identity that elevates the existing name and aligns with global library management software markets.
Brand foundations: refreshed logo, colour palette, typography system, core visual and design elements, brand pillars, and a complete brand guidelines document.
Templates: PowerPoint deck, email campaign template/design, webinar promotion email header, email signature, and letterhead, Case Study template — delivered in their native formats (PowerPoint, Word,).
The brand must be designed to work for non-designers. Our ongoing collateral is produced by marketing and sales staff without design resource. That means a disciplined colour palette, clear usage rules, and a visual system simple enough to apply consistently without a designer touching every piece. Brand foundations must also be designed with web application in mind — Phase 2 will apply the system to a full website rebuild. No web design work is required in Phase 1.
What we're looking for:
Strong B2B brand identity work in your portfolio — SaaS or professional services experience preferred. We want to see complete brand guidelines delivery, not just logo design. Experience producing working templates as part of a brand engagement is important. Australia or similar time zone preferred for real-time collaboration but not a hard requirement.
Phase 1 fixed scope. Ready to start immediately. Budget is open — please quote with a line-item breakdown by deliverable. Shortlisted candidates will have a 30-minute video call before confirmation.
