About the role:
We are seeking a commercially minded, user‑centric Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the development of an exciting new pet health proposition and user experience. Our core commercial goal is to increase Contribution Margin 2 (CM2) per customer by improving the customer experience for our core business (parasite protection), and by recommending a broader set of protective measures tailored to pets' needs and data. You will refine wireframes, user flows, and site maps provided by our tech partner, and transform them into production‑ready Figma files in collaboration with our CMO and the CEO/Founder.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct strategic review and push agency user flows and wireframes.
• Build front‑end focusing on key purchase paths and upsell options in customer dashboards.
• Design dynamic, data‑driven interfaces including pricing calculators and recommendation wizards.
• Optimise conversion rates and purchase weights through user‑centric bundle recommendations.
• Develop rapid prototypes and conduct user and conversion testing.
• Adapt component library to align with brand guidelines.
• Deliver high‑fidelity Figma designs for all identified site architecture.
• Collaborate closely with tech and client teams to ensure design feasibility.

Role requirements:
• Strong experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on data‑driven and user‑centric approaches.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and user testing tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user testing results and iterate designs.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.

Ideally you will have experience with designing UX for subscription businesses, but not essential.

Start date would be in the next few weeks and we'd want to complete the build in 3 weeks inc. testing, so its a full time brief. You would have the support and engagement of a small team making quick decisions.
