Product Designer — relationship psychometrics app (project-based, remote, EU hours)

I'm building MindMatch, a psychometric platform for couples. Two partners each answer a questionnaire privately; each gets a written personal report; together they get a joint report about their dynamic. It is deliberately not a dating app — no swiping, no streaks, no dopamine loops.

The product works. It's live, built in Flutter, with a real engine behind it. What it doesn't have is a designer. I'm a non-technical founder who has been art-directing by committee with AI tools, and the result is inconsistent screens and a lot of wasted motion.

I need someone to own the visual and interaction design of a handful of core screens — and to make decisions, not present me with ten options.

Project-based to start (a defined set of screens, paid, fixed scope). If funding lands, this becomes a full-time role. Equity participation is available and negotiable for the right person.
