EchoJet is a private jet brokerage built differently. Our clients expect discretion and polish, but we're not interested in looking like every other white and gold jet company on the market. We want a brand that is bold, a little irreverent, unmistakably premium.

We're looking for a Creative Director to take our fractured branding and turn it into something classy, sleek, and genuinely different. This isn't a "tidy up the logo" job. We want someone who can see the whole picture—brand identity, website, visual language—and pull it into one confident direction.

We have a clear starting point: a maximalist collage aesthetic that blends hand‑drawn illustration with realistic aircraft photography, something we haven't seen anyone else in this market attempt. Your job is to take that seed of an idea and make it work.

You'll be shaping the visual identity of a brokerage that aims to stand out in an extremely competitive, extremely traditional market. If you want creative ownership over something that isn't already boxed in by a decade of brand guidelines, this is that project.

You will
- Define EchoJet's full brand identity.
- Develop and execute the maximalist collage concept, illustration meets aviation photography.
- Build our website with SEO at its core. We want page 1 by summer 2027.
- Translate our brand across social, sales collateral, and client‑facing materials.

We want
- A strong portfolio showing bold, unconventional brand work, ideally where you've taken a client from generic to genuinely distinctive.
- Website design and build skills, with working SEO knowledge.
- Willingness to work with our in‑house creative team with the leadership and support skills to steer them in the right direction.
- Bring a point of view to the table. We want someone who pushes back when something won't work, not someone who just executes orders. Regardless, we are also looking for someone with a creative flair to think outside of the box. We don't want normal.
