Biography
I have simply always loved creating things. Most of my work has been in traditional media (oil paint, acrylic paint, and pencil) and I worked for 10 years as a professional artist in Los Angeles painting residential and commercial murals.
Once my technical academic responsibilities grew too intense to continue with my creative work, I switched my focus entirely to my emerging career as a scientist as I continued my studies in math and physics. While in grad school it became clear to me that I was fundamentally unfulfilled in the academic world; a huge part of myself was missing. Physics and math are still passions of mine but I simply need to create things. I left my PhD program in physics to return to creative work in the form of a handmade jewelry artist.
I have been doing that now for 10 years now and am ready to branch out with creative outlets that allow for even more expression, so I've recently returned to digital work and am ready to share some assets that I've created to inspire other artists :)
