Marta Karolina Grzegowska joined Talenthub in 2020, as the only Product Designer.
Currently, the software supports over 100 live clients worldwide.
Marta believes that UX design leverages a great balance between business goals and bringing value into people's lives. Her desire to see such tangible results through her work is exactly what made her transition to UX from a different field (sales and insurance).
