Leah Tierney

I am a graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I have received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design in May of 2020 with concentrations in Graphic Design and Advertising. Throughout my four years as an undergraduate student, I have gained valuable knowledge of design and experiences both in the classroom and in the field. During the 2019 Fall semester, I had the opportunity to intern at Crayola, LLC. I got to learn the ins and outs of the corporate and creative world. I was able to sit in on meetings where the merchandising and copy-writing departments collaborated with other designers. This differed from my previous one on one, designer and client situation I have been on before. I was also able to have a dedicated team review my work before finalizing on projects assigned to me while on internship and even with my personal Crayola “Color Your Box” internship project. I currently work as a Front-End Supervisor/Check Out Coach for Giant Food Stores. Help me find my big girl job!
