NOON Logo Concept

Hello, this is my first post.

This is a logo idea that I expanded on last night for a new project after a long Photoshop dry spell. It's called NOON. I know it's a bit of a timesink to make the richer comps instead of iterating on simple black & white vectors, but I felt like indulging because I know I'm rusty and have no deadline.
