Gelato®: Fine Italian Ice Cream

I wanted to train a bit in drawing food and cream, so I did this test illustration for this fictionary Ice Cream brand.
Everything is 100% drawn in Photoshop, both traditional and layer effects.
The small logo is in Illustrator.
