Hey guys! it's my new concept "jobii".
problem - when HR post the job requirement, with some criteria, but many applicants apply for that job. they not seeing the constraints. they straightly apply for that job. so, HR very frustrated because of those application.

Solution - How i come with the solution, it's easy way to find, whether the applicant eligible or not. and also HR can see no of applications and also know how many applications satisfy the constraints.
