Overt CMS

The next project that I'm going to be working on now that I have moved on from the GYMApp for now. My plan is to create a cms design that works easy and for anyone and provides the tools necessary for someone with not much know how of php or mysql to get a working cms up and going with ease and implement it easy in a existing site.
