OGDEN CITY SOCCER CLUB - Logo Concept

Ogden, UT. A true gem.
As one whom is a born and raised Ogden-native, I wanted to create a logo concept for the already established USL League 2, Ogden City SC.
This logo shares a lot of symbolism of Ogden.
•The colors which represent the city, college, sunsets, etc. which make Ogden recognizable.
•The spikes representing the Golden Spike which connected the railroads from the west and east coasts.
•The mountain range of Snowbasin ski resort; one of the top ski resorts in the entire country. The patterns.
•The pattern cross on the sides of the crest which come from the "Welcome to Ogden" sign on Washington Blvd.
As one whom loves Ogden, I am very proud of this crest.
First post of 2020. I couldn't think of a better team to design for to welcome in the decade.
