First Friday of the year, I'm coming back to Dribbble sharing some work from the last 2 years.

Holt was software designed back in 2017, focused on hiring the correct people no matter their name, age or gender. It never came out to production.

It was focused on avoiding bias towards any applicant. One of the coolest features based on that goal was the ability to mask candidate's names into random names, such as Blue Dodo or Orange Rat, just like Google Drive handles incognito names.
