ASEAN Centre for Energy - Website Revamp

Another selected portfolio!
We've been approached by ASEAN Energy last year to revamp their website. One interesting point is that we need to redesign from a blog-like site to an online library for any official publication, journal about the energy sector in the South East Asia region.
