Wichita Commerical Real Estate logo

My client wanted a logo for his real estate business that somehow incorporated the iconic Wichita flag and he was also interested in having a building or cityscape in the logo.

So after a few sketches , I thought what if the flag itself was the building and that is how I came up with this logo.
