Sole Retriever Relaunch
Working with a few friends, we re-launched Sole Retriever week. https://soleretriever.com
This took several months of after hours design and front end work, a full time contractor implementing the backend, and some initial groundwork by a gritty young dev.
Created in @figmadesign and then rapidly moved into @zeithq's NextJS + Rebass to crank out our theme.
There's a lot to learn coming off a launch like this. - 80% is always 50%. The last 20% took us a month. - Communication is key! Trello was amazing for our organization - Autoscaling isn't a joke. We instantly crashed at launch. - Scrappy + done > perfect
