Blog Redesign Featuring per-Paragraph Comment Targetting

For the past 16 months I've been forced into a Project Manager position due to a vacancy that took forever to fill. This resulted in a severe lack of spare time and my online presence all but disappearing. I've now started picking the pieces up, along with a new-found interest in design, and will be relaunching my blog soon. This debut features the headers and sidebar along with a feature that is activated when hovering over a paragraph that allows the visitor to specifically target their comments.
