"I don’t have time" also means “I don’t want to”

Have you ever said to someone that you don't have time to do something she/he wanted you to do? Why not consider the next time, say that you don't want to do it because you have other priorities in life? If you're honest, the person will appreciate it, and if not, maybe you should re-think this relationship.
