Kind of explanation: "Nem ér a nevem" (with letter "v") is the first sentence of a hungarian child rhyme. In english this roughly means "does not apply to me".
"Nevem" = "my name". But in this title the "nemem" (with letter "m" in the middle) means "my sex". :)
