Project #33

This project is based on the idea of deception. I chose three quotes by three different authors, each offering a personal take on what they perceive it to be. I then created a drop shadow font and cut out each letterform so that only the quote marks and authors name remained printed on the paper. From there I used a set of bright lights to shine through the cutout letterforms to reveal the quotes. I wanted the viewer to be left with a feeling of deceit by the hidden type.
