Celebrity Mashup

A personal project I hope to one day finish :P

This is the script:

Like many a lass, my girlfriend likes to flick through trashy celeb mags while relaxing.

I sit next to her when she does this, and quickly draw part of the person on the page she is looking at.

When she turns the page I draw another part, until I've created a mashed-up messed-up hybrid of a celebrity.

My intention is to create a decent number of these and perhaps put them together in some kind of top-trumps card pack.

It's nice to be pushing my illustration in more of a personal and abstract direction, and also create something with a cultural narrative, with a nice healthy side-order of irreverence.
