Stepped Wizard Form

This feature is often used when you have a lot of information and can cause some fatigue in the user filling in ... If you have a longer form, it may end up "giving up" to fill in all the information due to the amount.

When you use this technique, you only have a few fields there that seems to be pretty quick to respond! So taking this side, you have to have a larger amount of completed forms.

In addition to being filled in, the handling of this information is more organized because you deal with each new position that is added.
