Webapp for sharing Yes/No questions

This is a live webapp I've created for creating a live, yes/no question website. I did that after people kept on asking me the same question over and over "Have you heard from the company you applied to yet??" --- so instead of keep saying "no", I created this for them to refresh as much as they want.
