Irish Pub Header/Nav/Sign

Part of the header of a website for a local Irish pub. The sign originally was going to have functionality to say Open or Closed based on when the pub was actually open or closed, but too much work on the client's part keeping it updated... so this just jumps you to the hours and location stated in the footer.
