Breed Buddies

This is a logo for an existing business in New Zealand. My client bought the business and asked if i could do an assessment of the the current look of the logo as well as a few promotional material.

The logo was basically 2 stock dog silhouettes with a circular banner and text. all of which was filled with black.

He didnt want to stray too much from the existing log because they've already established a solid clientele base. I recommended to maintain the aesthetics but add some color and a single focal point ie, the beagle.

I only did 1 other iteration of the logo which had a smiling bull dog but we both agreed that it didn't give the appeal we were after.
