Managing a large social media presence requires balancing a lot of spinning plates and creating organization to cut through the chaos. It also requires a level of mastery and the proper tools to successfully execute your organization's plan.

To convey both the feelings of harmony and mastery, I developed a series of illustrations using the metaphor of a high-end restaurant. Chefs employ a level of mastery and attention to detail in order to create an amazing product in an otherwise chaotic and complex setting.

This is the second image that appears on the Social Management page on Sprout's marketing website. This shows a chef creating a social post marketing their product, which of course is this elegant dish.
