Customer Web Portal 1.1

This project is a customer web portal built with React I designed for a client through work. The client was in need of a complete UX overhaul of their current portal’s processes, such as account registration, organization association, and user persona based views.

This shot includes only a few of the processes that the portal is capable of. Depending on their persona, users can create, register and print tickets for events. The portal includes a small learning management system for users to keep track of their training and certifications. All users are associated with an organization and depending on their persona, there are in-depth dashboards detailing organization data. Plus a lot more.
