Project Questionnaire UI

This is a portion of a UI I'm working on for my company's new web site. Our colors are red, black and white.

The top is a scroll bar to define their budget, the bottom is a progress bar to show the user how many more steps they have until completing the form.

BTW, that target looking symbol is a part of our logo.
